Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Debuts With Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, HyperOS 2.0 and 8850mAh Battery

 On October 29th, the giant China-based tech company announced a slew of hardware including its newest flagship tablet known as Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro pricing starts at  2,499 CNY (~Rs 29,460 | ~$350) for the 8GB+128GB variant and goes up to 3,499 CNY (~Rs 41,245 | ~$490) for the 12GB+ 512GB. The 8GB+256GB and 12GB+ 256GB versions retail at 2,799 CNY (~Rs 32,990 | ~$390) and 3,099 CNY (~Rs 36,530 | ~$435), respectively.

There are three colour choices available for the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro which are Black, Sky Blue, and Cedar Green.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Specs

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro comes with an 11.16-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 3200 x 2136p, 3:2 aspect ratio,144Hz refresh rate and 800 nits max brightness.

This slate features an 8,850mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging. It supports LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 (128GB) / UFS 4.0 (rest). It features two G1 battery management chipsets. It boots Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 out of the box.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro features a side fingerprint sensor, four speakers, four microphones, a flicker sensor, colour temperature sensor and comes with support for the Xiaomi Smart Pen.




There is a wide range of connectivity options including Wi-Fi 6, USB-C (3.2 Gen 1), and IR blaster.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has a dimension of 251.22 x 173.42 x 6.18 mm and weighs 500 grams.

Regarding performance, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro rocks a 4nm-based Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, a power-efficiency flagship chipset from Qualcomm.

Moreover, this slate features a 32MP (OmniVision OV32D40) selfie camera and a 50MP (Samsung S5KJN1) rear camera.
