The Realme GT Neo 3 was spotted on Geekbench yesterday and some of the key details are now confirmed: The website shared the information on the memory size of the device, the Operating System it will be running on and the processor that will be fueling it.

According to the data collected from Geekbench, the Realme GT Neo 3 with the model ID realme RMX3562 will be running on the latest Android OS version, Android 12.
Also, the Realme GT Neo 3 is confirmed to pack in the recently launched Media Tek’s flagship chipset known as Media Tek Dimensity 8100.
The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 is an octa-core SoC equipped with four Arm Cortex-A78 cores with speeds of up to 2.85GHz, four Arm Cortex-A55 cores with a clock speed of up to 2.0GHz, and Arm Mali-G610 MC6 GPU.
With the inclusion of this processor, we are more certain that the phone will come with support for a panel with 120HZ or more refresh rates, LPDRR5 memory, UFS 3.1 storage, Bluetooth 5.3, and WiFi 6E.
Realme GT Neo 3: More Details
The other matter that is confirmed is the memory size of the handset: The Neo 3 is confirmed to sport 16GB of RAM. Since it is an LPDDR5 memory, it is expected to have a maximum memory frequency of 6400Mbps.
Other details on this Realme device were shared earlier, such as battery capacity, fast charging speed, display and cameras and more: The handset could come with a 4500mAh battery with up to 150w fast charging support, a 6.7″ FHD+ AMOLED display and a triple rear camera system.
Realme GT Neo 3, according to the company itself, is expected to launch in the second half of this year(2022).
